FAQ'S

HOW DO I ACCESS THE VIDEOS ONCE PURCHASED?
When purchasing the bundles, you will create a login account. You will then have access to the videos provided on the PRACTICE section on the appropriate bundle.



HOW LONG ARE THE CLASSES?
There is a selection of classes, as this has been the biggest slice of feedback! 
There are:
3 x 40 minute
3 x 30 minute 
3 x 15 minute 
1 self massage class 



IS THERE MUSIC TO THE CLASSES?
The classes are recorded with no music, so that you can enjoy your own, or none at all!



IS THERE A MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP SUBSCRIPTION?
No, once you buy the bundles, they are yours to keep. They are designed to be worked through and are full of different options for you to explore. This will better develop your strength, awareness and fluidity on the transitions in each practice on both bundles.

(I hope to create a membership section in the future! So keep your peepers peeled!)



CAN I JOIN THESE CLASSES IF I HAVE NEVER DONE PILATES OR YOGA BEFORE?
All of the classes on the bundles have been created in a way that they are more movement/flow classes. Each class has different modifications and options to serve you accordingly, and there will be something for everyone to enjoy. However if you are concerned at all, do get in contact. Remember the main purpose of these classes are to explore in the comfort of your own space!



IS THERE A PREFERRED TIME I SHOULD DO THESE CLASSES?
Intuitive movement is always best, however I would say to try the restorative classes later in the evening before you head to bed, or after exercise! Just create yourself some space, wear comfortable clothes and enjoy yourself!


DO I NEED ANYTHING FOR THESE CLASSES?
Just yourself! You can feel free to use a yoga mat (I would personally recommend using a yoga mat even for Pilates as they are less slippy) Wear comfortable clothes that you enjoy wearing, (that 100% means pj’s too!) and perhaps light yourself a candle to completely indulge yourself in some me time.
