Welcome welcome! Would you like a cup of tea?

After years of thinking about it, I have finally grown the balls to create a site on the web that encapsulates my interpretation of 'health' and 'wellness', whilst providing Online Classes.

You can experience a Pilates and Yoga inspired class from the comfort of your own home, in an office or anywhere you can receive Wifi. All of the classes provided on this platform are with humans in mind, so there are different length classes, different styles and different levels to suit your every need.

My personal exploration into movement has been a accident and no accident at all, wrapped into one lovely package. As contradictory as that may sound, I mean it only in the terms that what movement and exercise seems to be sold as, is as ever changing as seasons. When I was young, movement was my everyday. I was a real tomboy, always up a tree, muddy, bruised, determined to be good at rollerblading, exploring places I definitely shouldn't have been... and essentially, having fun.

As I began to get older, slowly but surely the conversations around how we should look, the delights of puberty and an opening to a less innocent way of viewing the world; I began to see things such as running a means to loose weight. I saw cycling a way to get slim thighs. I saw weight lifting as a way to build shape. None of that really sounded very fun at all, but I felt this strange feeling that I had to do those things, like it was a right of passage to just be...?

Thankfully, I found that the more time I spent on my own doing these mundane things, I began to naturally play games with them... Creating obstacles and in turn challenging my friends to 40/40 in, or who can hang onto the tree branch for the longest.

This has now translated into all of my qualifications today. Pilates, Yoga, Personal Training, Kayaking, Canoeing, Climbing, Running, Gymnastics, Swimming... All of these amazing forms of movement are just that! Movement! So whilst I have the combined knowledge and appreciation for each, I choose to intertwine and compliment the best of each into Flows. And this, my lovelies, is how I teach my classes, I use my big tool box of goodies, and pick and mix the yummiest bits to create Flows that are challenging yet rewarding and nourishing to your body (and mine!).

This is my inspiration for this page, and I hope you enjoy it!

I can't wait to continue to share with you all,

Meg x
